Kachingku provides digital products and services, including but not limited to gift cards, prepaid codes, digital vouchers, gaming top-ups, and other electronically delivered products.
Digital Products & Delivery
a. Delivery
All digital products are delivered electronically. Gift card codes are typically delivered via email, while gaming top-ups are delivered directly to the designated game account provided during checkout.
Most orders are processed within 15–20 minutes during operating hours after successful payment verification. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
b. Payment Verification
To protect customers and prevent fraud, Kachingku may conduct payment and identity verification before fulfilling any order.
Orders may be delayed, suspended, cancelled, rejected, or refunded where:
Payment cannot be verified;
The payer’s details differ from the purchaser’s details;
A third party makes payment on behalf of the purchaser;
False, altered, misleading, or unverifiable payment proof is provided;
Suspicious, unusual, or potentially unauthorized activity is detected; or
Additional verification is required.
Payment screenshots, transfer receipts, transaction references, or payment confirmations alone do not constitute proof of successful payment. Orders will only be processed after funds have been successfully credited and verified. Orders selected for verification may experience delays while the review is completed. Kachingku reserves the right to request additional information, place an order on hold, cancel an order, or issue a refund if verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
c. Gaming Top-Up Services
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate account information, including User ID, Character ID, Server ID, Username, or any other information required for delivery.
Kachingku is not responsible for failed, delayed, incorrect, or non-recoverable top-ups resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
d. Finality of Digital Delivery
Due to the nature of digital products, once a gift card code, digital code, voucher, gaming top-up, or other digital product has been successfully delivered or credited, the transaction is considered completed and may not be cancelled, reversed, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law.
e. Fraud Prevention
Kachingku reserves the right to withhold delivery, request additional information, suspend accounts, retain transaction records, cancel orders, or issue refunds where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, false payment proof, abuse of services, money laundering, or violations of applicable laws.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a gift card leaves our secure inventory, we can no longer guarantee the validity of the code. Please be careful when checking out your order and make payment. All purchases made through the Services are final.
